My name is Maria Irene Guerrero I go by "Irene" . I have been in the Real Estate Busines for over 10 years. I come from a Finance, Accounting and Analytical background after spending 19 years in the beverage industry. Numbers, negotiating, and loyalty are great skills that I have to make your Real Estate transaction a smooth one. I have expeirence with Standard Sales, Notice of Defaults, Short Sales,Probates, and Commercial Properties.I focus on giving my clients the best service, by being direct & upfront about the current Market, remaining loyal through the entire buying,selling or investment process, and making the right negotiating deals that my clients will benefit from. I am a mother to 3 beautful children, a son and 2 daughters. My passion is my children and helping out clients with their Real Estate needs. I am very dedicated and enjoy what I do for a living, which resinats in the deals that I work on. I am a Law School student who plans on using these new skills to mesh with my Real Estate Career to further help my clients.
