Immediately thereafter, another investor group hired Bill to revitalize a nearly vacant mall elsewhere in Ohio. Here Bill's accomplishments included redesigning, renovating, and re-branding the property, recruiting tenants, negotiating contracts, and managing marketing and accounting.
