Mare is a liscensed Realtor in the State of Ohio and has been with Comey and Shepherd since 2013. Her passion for Real Estate started in college where are received her B.S. Architecture from the University of Cincinnati DAAP Program and has only grown from there. Buying and renovating her first property a year after graduation just sealed her fate of having a career that revolves around Real Estate. A slight detour into the realm of non-profits gave her much needed skills to work with clients on their level with patience and kindness. What sets Mare apart: Architecture Background - B.S. Passion for Energy efficiency and environmental design - Passion began in college and grew through internships when exposed to the Leadership in Environmental Design programs. Renovation Knowledge - Undergone multiple renovation projects and has the knowledge to advise about potential projects, timeframes and costs. Love of Cincinnati - Has lived in Cincinnati her whole life and is a proud graduate of Cincinnati Public Schools. Grew up on the East side but is now a resident of the neighborhood of Northside. Has great knowledge of all 52 neighborhoods and stays up to date on development projects throughout the entire city. Investment Expertise - Bought first investment property at age 22 and now manages multiple units. Has knowledge about how to put your money to work for you to build wealth.
