Winchester, nestled in the middle of Frederick County, is a tight-knit community in the northernmost part of Virginia. It's a place where the residents know one another's names, businesses support each other and people are genuine and kind. It's also known as the "Apple Capital of the World." Each year, my agency sponsors the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival -- and it's a personal highlight to take part in this event each spring. Our agency is also actively involved in local sports and multiple volunteer opportunities.You might say Allstate runs in my blood. My mother represented Allstate for 43 years, and we joke that I was born into Allstate. I became an agent in 2002 after graduating from Virginia Tech, and in January 2015, I purchased the agency where I began my career. A professor told me, "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." I try to live by that philosophy.At my agency, we take pride in being actively involved with every customer. In fact, they're more like family. Our top priority is providing the best customer service, and guidance you can trust. We are passionate about serving others and making a positive impact on every life we touch.When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, Tommy, Emmylou, and Coco (our office mascot). I love being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and working out. Traveling is my favorite pastime and want to go on as many adventures as possible.My team and I work hard to help customers as they make decisions that protect what matters most -- their family, home, car, etc. When customers walk into our office, they're greeted by name and with big smiles.
