I began my career with NC Farm Bureau Insurance as an Agent in 1997; then, became the Agency Manager for Wilkes County office in 2003. My mission is to embrace the desires, expectations, and emotions of our NC Farm Bureau Insurance members, and to approach them with purpose. With the realization that we must provide superior service to a diverse market, we execute prompt, concise, and deliberate service to our members. It is our promise to uphold these standards in a most professional and personable way.My goal as the Agency Manager in Wilkes County is to ensure that your insurance needs are met and continually reviewed, and that we are significant in your time of loss. Over the last 20+ years, I have been fortunate to earn the Rookie of the Year, and won many Honor awards, as well as Agency Manager of the Year. I am blessed to work for an amazing company that is devoted to this motto, "Helping you is what we do best"; and actively stand by this each day.
