Called and asked for information. All i was told was that we do not take on new clients without a referral. I asked how i could get a referral and was given a generic answer "from one of our clients" and then the lady was like okay bye.

The person answering the phone is very rude and not helpful, she was very condescending to my questions, which is unfortunate.
