For over 20 years, Mandy, her husband and two children have called Ventura home, and the charm of this coastal community has been the driving force behind her career in Real Estate. While studying Finance and Real Estate at California State Northridge, she recognized a passion for all things related to home "I love interior design, entertaining, hospitality and genuinely making people feel happy and comfortable," says Mandy. "With Real Estate, I knew I could bridge my finance side with my creative side and help people set themselves up for a successful financial future in the process of finding a home."Part of what also makes Mandy unique is her broad work experience. Before focusing on Real Estate full-time, Mandy was a Senior Production Manager for a multi-million dollar, international Ventura home-grown brand. Not only did Mandy need to negotiate prices that impacted the company's bottom line, she had to understand the nuances of international business and manage the complexities of that relationship to deliver product on time and on budget. Additionally, Mandy is a boots-on-the-ground member of the community and carves out time to give back. She is a member of the Ventura National Charity League Ticktockers with her daughter, where they serve together at local non-profits such as Food Share, Special Olympics, Project Understanding and others. Mandy's knowledge of the industry and depth of relationship in the community make her an invaluable asset when negotiating and working for her clients. When Mandy is not working or volunteering, you will find her helping her husband David with is local small business, at the Flea Market finding a treasure, walking her dogs on the beach or cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
