Greg McCollum founded the Complete Legal Defense Team in 2013 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to provide high quality and complete defense for the accused who have a lot to lose. At the Complete Legal Defense Team we defend and help people who are charged with Major Felonies, Misdemeanors and DUI, that is all we do. We do not practice any other areas of law. We believe by focusing all of our efforts on Criminal Defense and DUI or DWI Defense we can deliver a very high level of service and corresponding results and outcomes for our clients. The people we represent generally have high expectations and so do we. Our firm consists of two divisions, Criminal Defense and DUI Defense. Our founder Greg McCollum has extensive experience in both defense of felonies and DUI. Greg spent five years in the District Attorneys office prosecuting felonies, including Murder cases, and was selected as the lead prosecutor of the newly formed centralized DUI Jury Trial court in 1993. There he disposed of over a thousand DUI cases and prosecuted at jury trial over one hundred DUI cases. Since 1995 our firm has practiced criminal defense and DUI defense. Greg leads the Felony Defense Team and Dean Mureddu leads the DUI Defense Team. Dean, like Greg has externsive experience in the defense of Major Felonies and DUI. Dean spent five years in the Public Defenders Office and has been defending both DUI and Felonies and MIsdemeanors for over twenty years. Dean has tried Murder cases, probably every type of felony case, and has defended over five hundred DUI cases including taking over seventy five DUI Trials to verdict. He joined our firm in 2015 to lead the DUI Defense Team and focus exclusively in the area of DUI Defense and Misdemeanors.
