    Do not hire Andrew hoover to defend you in a criminal case. He works for the DA and not his clients. He starts off lieing from the very beginning tell you what he will and can do for you but does absolutely nothing he sais. He will not return...

    Not worth shot.... has it worded in MY divorce decree.... neither party shall pay child support. So my ex doesn't pay and can't be enforced. I paid a retainer $3000... tltgen got a bill for 3000 more but yet he never replied to emails or calls....but...
