I have the skill and talent to investigate past criminal convictions to determine whether they should and can be attacked and overturned in the courts, so a client can obtain lawful status in America. Immigration is a time consuming practice for me. However when I am asked, I will handle divorce, custody and modification cases. These matters often require mediation skills and sometimes even litigation. A client from out-of-state with a temporary consent agreement will ask me to analyze the agreement for weaknesses and arguments to produce more favorable results for that particular client. And I do this, though my input may not have a significant outcome outside the State of Georgia. I am only licensed in Georgia. However, I can offer an honest and objective opinion, based on the evidence and facts provided to me, of the competency of the attorney used by the client and the strength of the consent agreement.
