I am a full spectrum broker with over 40 years experience in the real estate business. Prior to becoming a real estate broker. With my contractor husband we owned 4 businesses, JOAT,INC.a management company, maintenance company, hardware store and janitorial service. We performed property management and maintenance for the La Jolla Shores Clubdominiums complex and others complexes, apartment complexes and commercial buildings locally and in the Palm Springs area, Mission Lakes Country Club Estates. I currently own and broker my own real estate business, Lord Realty, BRE CA#00547803. I currently list for sale and rent out single family homes and condominiums in La Jolla, San Diego and Murrieta Hot Springs/ Riverside county. I perform property management services for the owners and tenants. I also work with real estate sellers and buyers. I assist them with obtaining real estate pre-qualifications and lenders. I have also sold businesses, raw land and even mobile homes. My aim for each of my clients is to guide, protect and prosper their aspirations whether it is selling their properties or buying their first home, or making their investment in properties or managing and maintaining the properties for my in and out of state owners after selling them the properties. I give my undivided attention to their needs, wants and dreams to the best of my abilities. My background in the construction trades and organizing and directing crews of men and women have been valuable to my clients. I have been the Secretary of the Pacific Beach Businessmen's Association, Delegate to the United Businessmen's Association, along with Treasurer of social organizations, and have recently been honored to be named an Emeritus of the California Association of Realtors and the San Diego Board of Realtors.
