Over the past twenty years I have worked with both residential and commercial development. As Deputy City Treasurer of the City of Sacramento, I represented city government working with developers to create both residential and commercial development. I was involved in the establishment of basic infrastructure, such as streets, sidewalks, gutters and everything that is needed to create new sub-divisions and build new homes. I bring to this industry a wealth of knowledge and expertise to make your home buying or selling experience as easy as possible. I have lived in the Granite Bay area for the over twenty-five years and consider myself very familiar with the area.
