Since joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2019, Luke Rivera has specialized in industrial brokerage, representing tenants and owners in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Luke attended State University of New York at Fredonia, where he graduated as a 4-year NCAA Student Athlete. Luke focuses on leasing and acquisitions of properties, Tenant/Buyer Representation, Owner Occupant/Seller Representation, and provides strategic analytics, consulting and advisory for occupiers and investors in Southern California. During his career, Luke has leased and sold over 5.2 million square feet of industrial space. His primary clients are tenants and consider him a trusted advisor and ally. Luke resides in Claremont, CA with his wife and two daughters.
