Luke is a Northwest Georgia native and has practiced law since 2013 both as a prosecutor and defense attorney. He primarily practices in Floyd, Bartow, Gordon, Polk, Chattooga, Whitfield, and Murray counties but has successfully represented clients in major felony cases and appeals all over the State. Luke is experienced in trial and has an extensive trial, motions and appellate practice. During his career he has argued and briefed many winning appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Luke is known for his advocacy abilities and succesfully defends clients in serious complex cases to include homicide and racketeering in addition to his thriving general criminal defense and family law practice. He uses his years of courtroom experience to vigorously advocate for clients in divorce, custody and other domestic civil litigation.
