    Communication is key and should be industry standard. There was absolutely no communication and overall the experience was terrible.

    zero communitcation, ghosted me for weeks, closed late, locked late and send the CD late which put us a week over deadlines. Just some simple communication could have helped. Once I was able to reach out to the processor, she was excellent...
