I had a great experience working with NOVA especially since this was my first transaction. Luis was accesible and answered any questions I had. Guiding me step by step throughout the process. Along with getting any updates to my email.

Steps throughout the lending process were mostly communicated timely. Frequent updates on loan status were nice.
