Luis began his career at Costco Wholesale and spent 12 years honing his customer service, management, and leadership skills – culminating in the position of Senior Merchandise Manager. His top priorities included ensuring that his team of 70 employees had an efficient, effective and supportive workplace and helping to provide thousands of daily customers with the ultimate shopping experience. Additionally, he served 9 years in the United States Army Reserves where he personally adopted and lives through the character values of Honesty, Integrity, and Respect. Luis is a highly reliable and diligent loan officer, committed to assisting clients in the purchasing or refinancing of their home.
