Luis was so pleasant to work with! He was always so polite & professional. I feel that Luis became a friend . I regret our meetings weren't face to face! I doubt that we will ever work together again but would be delighted to do so !!!

Luis was able to answer all my questions and concerns quickly, made me aware of what would follow to complete the process. Always returned my call immediately. Luis made my experience hassle free and pleasant. He was a joy to work with.
Luis was wonderful to work with and he is very knowledgeable, calm and professional. He did not give up on the loan regardless of how challenging it was.
