About

Lou has over 30 years in public accounting, commercial lending, real estate development and general construction. Lou started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, CA before relocating his family to Reno, NV. Early in his career he was a public accountant, commercial banker, and Chief Financial Officer for a high tech company in which he took public in 1999. Since 2000, he has specialized in residential development, building and arranging debt and equity financing for residential projects throughout the United States. He holds a Nevada general contracting license and has built over 2,000 homes in his career. Lou enjoys the challenge of financing sophisticated transactions and helping people achieve home ownership. He spends his free time with his wife of 36 years, 3 grown kids, 6 grandkids, and traveling with family and friends. He is a sports fanatic attending most USC college football games. Lou received his undergraduate degree from the University Of Southern California, is a Regional Council Member for Make A Wish Foundation and Board Member for Circle of Life Hospice Foundation.
