Lucy's real estate experience began with the purchase and sale of her own condo, and later a house. Her flair for interior design made her a successful seller in what was at the time a buyers' market her properties sold in just a few months while other houses in the neighborhood languished on the market for over a year. At Spire Group, Lucy continues to offer her great service to her rental clients and use her design talent, market knowledge to help her clients to shorten the sales cycle. A former journalist with a master's degree in Communications, Psychology from Muenster University in Germany, Lucy is a good communicator and listener. A native of China who has lived in 3 different countries for so many years, Lucy has a deep international network, is able to relate to clients who come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs. Beside her passion for real estate, Lucy is an avid photographer/videographer, writer, and home decorator who enjoys cooking, sports, travel, singing and dancing. She lives in Long Island City with her lovely dog "Pepper".
