I cant get ahold of any management and when I ask about my policy with the person who dose answer the phones she has no idea what she is doing as well as has now told me 3 times they will have a manager call me back and I have got nothing....

Absolutely terrible customer service, I have to call several times for several weeks in a row to get one thing changed to my policy. Definitely will be looking into changing insurance agents. Would not recommend to anyone
