My journey to becoming a financial advisor with Edward Jones started when I was working my way through college as a bank teller. I watched week after week as older customers came in and deposited their paychecks, long after they could have been retired. I found myself feeling uneasy, knowing that they should have been spending those years enjoying their families, travels and friends. On the other hand, I saw clients who were pouring money into their accounts instead of investing it, missing an opportunity to make their money work for them. I knew that, by becoming a financial advisor, I could make a difference in the lives of people just like them, which is why I made my mission helping people achieve their financial goals. I want to help every person I meet be better off financially. Other financial advisors may start off by telling you what you should do without getting to know you first, but we believe that no one knows your goals better than you, which is why we’re so eager to sit down and really listen to what matters to you. We also have the experience to back up our methodology, with over three decades of experience between my branch office administrator, Milly, and me. I also hold the CFP® certification and the AAMS™ and CRPS™ designations.Our office serves diverse clients from West Monroe, northern Louisiana and even out of state. Whether they’re serious, long-term investors, small-business owners or high-net-worth families with complex financial needs, I work hard to offer all of my clients the same personalized exceptional service. Outside of the office, I have a beautiful wife named Shelby, a precious daughter named Chandler and a very smiley son named Beau. My hobbies include spending time with family, cooking, playing music, golf, chess and watching football and comedies.
