The Lisa Pecora Team Lisa and Louise are both licensed in PA, NJ and DE. Lisa became licensed in Pa in 2003 and Louise is 2004 and they both began real estate career at a local Century 21 office where they stayed for 11 years. Lisa and Louise Joined Keller Williams Real Estate in Media, Pa in October 2014, where they immediately felt at home! Louise began her journey in real estate in 2004 in New Jersey and shortly thereafter added PA. This team specialized in residential sales, and works with a wide array of buyers and sellers from the city to the suburbs and to Jersey shore and everywhere in between! Lisa and Louise are members of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, NJ REALTORS(Lisa), Delaware Association of REALTORS (Lisa)Tri County Suburban REALTORs. Other memberships include Gloucester-Salem County Board of Realtors, Cape May County Board of REALTORS, Members of Bright MLS, Cape May county MLS, and South Jersey Shore regional MLS. Louise brings 15 plus years of managerial skill, leadership skills and many years of coaching both adults and children in baseball/softball. She brings her coaching skills in to her real estate practice. Lisa has many years of customer service skills, including running her own business as a massage therapist for 5 years. Both Louise and Lisa are members of REBAC and hold the ABR designation - Accredited Buyer Rep. Lisa has completed the ePro designation as well as AHWD - At Home with Diversity. Lisa served as a Tech Ambassador for Keller Williams Media for 2 years, was part of the office ALC for short time in 2016, served as the SWRA office Liaison, completed SWRA leadership development Program and also served on the Grievance Committee.
