Meet Louise James, who came from England to the US 25 years ago after marrying the love of her life. Although she found happiness in her home in the States, Louise experienced more than her fair share of culture shock in other areas, so she buried herself back into what she was good athelping people buy and sell real estate! After seven successful years in real estate in England, where business is very different, Louise found herself starting from scratch in San Diego. Not knowing anyone else in the business, she went to work at getting her license and started making connections by attending open houses in all areas of the South Bay and building relationships with potential clients in the community. The work soon began to pay off and Louise learned that some things were the same namely that her real estate talents applied just as well in the U.S. as they did in England. She gained her own reputation selling in the neighborhoods of Eastlake, Rolling Hills, Rancho Del Ray, Otay Ranch, Sunbow, Coronado and Imperial Beach. With 17 years of success in the San Diego market, Louise and her family are excited to have settled in the Pacific Northwest, where they are proud to call Southwest Washington home.
