Louis Dutel is a seasoned real estate professional and private mortgage lender with deep roots in Louisiana's property market. Born in New Orleans into a family of real estate professionals, Louis began his career early, assisting his father in managing rental properties. His hands on experience spans nearly every aspect of the industry; including construction renovation, title work, legal research, property management, sales and now mortgage lending. Louis also worked as a legal assistant for attorneys specializing in real estate law, where he focused on legal research, drafting notes, and preparing mortgage instruments for private industry lenders. His diverse background enabes him to help many types of borrowers.
