Louis is a general practice, transactional, and litigation Attorney. He has been an attorney practicing civil law since 1999. As a solo attorney, he manages all aspects of private practice, from client acquisition to final case resolution. He advises corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of corporate transactional and litigation matters, and has appeared in both State and Federal courts. Louis has represented corporate clients as in-house counsel and as outside counsel. He has more than 170 hours in mediation, negotiation and dispute resolution training. Before becoming an attorney, Louis worked in the engineering and construction industry for 13 years.
