A fifth-generation Reno, Nevadan, Louie Damonte III understands the history traditions of our region and also its exciting evolving landscape and community. From a very young age, Louie was exposed to the Commercial and Residential Development of the South Reno community Damonte Ranch. Through his grandfather and partners, he was able to learn first-hand the intricacies surrounding real estate and its many moving parts. Hes also previously worked with a lender in the Farm Credit Sytem American AgCredit. Louie assisted appraisers in building valuations of properties ranging from large production farms and orchards to cattle ranches and vineyards, furthermore diversifying his experience in the industry. A local Bishop Manogue grad and University of Nevada alumnus, Louie is honored to also have the opportunity to be serve our community through impactful organizations. He is proud to be a member of the Young Leaders Committee in serving the Boys Girls Club of the Truckee Meadows.
