Known as LorieBell...quite frankly I am all things southern, and so proud of it. It has often been said "find what you love and do it" . Simply put, I love God, I love home and I love family. I envision and watch houses...become "Homes". Referrals over the last decade have further solidified my passion to my profession. Given my license in 2006, but I worked in real estate long before. My grandfather was a developer, broker and builder. Lover of the land...I remember walking it with him and tagging surveyed lots as young girl. Nothing means more to me than God, family and the red dirt you live on. Following graduation from Salem College I worked at a local advertising agency where I exhibited my Marketing and Communication skills. That was great fun and interesting travel however...being the daughter of a self employed Marine, and a strong willed entrepreneurial spirit, I knew exactly what I wanted to do after years of working in an office all day. Growing up in Northern Davidson county, working and living in Forsyth county affords me knowledge of the area and many contacts from over the years. I have compassion for what my clients endure through the process of buying and selling. My instincts in negotiation are usually on point. Most of my clients become family friends and that is MOST important to me. I like being invited to baby showers, weddings, chicken stews (yes it is a verb in the south) and birthday parties. As a NC Broker given the title of Broker In Charge, I work diligently for folks around here. My name means everything to me. I am honest, I move quickly with ethical standards that are often times forgotten these days due to greed. I have been blessed in this profession, and I have been humbled. Both which keep me grounded and in touch with my clients. I work 8 days a week and I would not have it any other way. Being an investor myself and owner of LBell Inc.
