Lori Anker Nott joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 1985 and is a Member with the firm's Litigation Department. Anker Nott specializes in general commercial litigation and real estate related litigation. Her practice encompasses a wide variety of complex contract and business matters including all aspects of commercial lease disputes, purchase agreement disputes, rent resets, lender disputes, as well as construction, demolition, and alteration related matters. Her practice areas also include brokerage and partnership disputes as well as condominium and cooperative disputes. Anker Nott is a senior litigator with vast experience litigating in various forums including State and Federal Court as well as in arbitration proceedings.Anker Nott graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration.
