Lorelei Fiala, Esq. has been a member of the Florida Bar since October of 2003. Mrs. Fiala received her undergraduate degree in legal studies from Nova Southeastern University and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University School of Law in 2003. Mrs. Fiala has since devoted her legal career to developing a reputation as an intelligent and tough trial attorney in both criminal and civil law. Mrs. Fiala has devoted her career to litigation, developing her litigation skill in numerous criminal jury trials as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County. Mrs. Fiala went on to become an Assistant Attorney General, continuing to develop her reputation as a tough and savvy litigator while representing the state in dependency actions. After several years of practice, Mrs. Fiala moved her skill set to civil litigation, where has represented numerous nationwide financial institutions in consumer finance litigation. Mrs. Fiala is a member in good standing of both the Florida Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in State court as well as the United States District courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
