In March of 2024, I obtained my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.Prior to becoming a financial advisor, I spent five years working with a Christian campus ministry at Indiana State. I loved working with college students during a time that helps shape their future and getting to discuss some of life's most significant topics. During this time, I discovered a big passion of mine, which led me to help clients prepare for their financial futures with Edward Jones. In addition to being a financial advisor, I serve as an elder in my church, am the head coach of the Marshall boys basketball team, serve as a board member for the Marshall Basketball Association and have been a Rotarian since 2018.My wife, Kassie, and I have been married since 2016 and live in Marshall, Illinois, right down the road from my office. It is special for each of us, as we were both born and raised here. Our son, Cameron, is 4 and we are due with Haley in March! Currently, Kassie stays home full time. Lunch breaks have become a favorite part of my day.I love teaching. I tell my clients that I can teach them as much or as little as they would like to know about investing and strategies to help achieve their goals. When a client leaves my office knowing things they didn't know before, I believe they're more prepared and engaged to move closer to their goals.
