Pricing your home is crucial right from the start of the listing. I am also a Certified Transaction Coordinator and have great knowledge of all timelines and forms used during the escrow period. I also love all aspects of marketing, designing postcards and flyers for mailouts. I have years of experience helping my clients stage their homes. I am a strong negotiator and will do ALL that I can to get your home sold for the price you want. I have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for 28+ years and know the area very well.
