From Beaufort, Atlantic Beach to Morehead City she has lived and explored this area by land as a Realtor/ Broker since 2006 and by water since she was a mere 14 years old. Her love of the water also promoted her to obtain her Certificate in Marina Management. She has extended knowledge of not only real estate, but marinas & boat slips. Catherine Lassiter Reid was born and raised in Wilson, NC. She attended Greenfield School K-12, then on to St. Mary's College and then to Meredith in Raleigh, NC where her concentration was interior design. Catherine's background in interior design has been an asset to her when helping her clients in vision their future space. Real Estate is in the family's genes. Her mother, Tricia Smith, is also her partner. Catherine and Tricia have joined the Keller Williams Crystal Coast group and are excited to continue to grow the Coastal 1 Team's business!
