Our team includes Lisa Bolanos, JD, a real estate broker with a law degree, who lives in Lake Arrowhead; Mary Griffin, is a licensed Realtor who has lived on the mountain for almost 30 years, she has extensive experience in the Big Bear Area, Green Valley Lake, Arrowbear, and Running Springs; Nellie Munoz, is a licensed Realtor, and a mountain resident. Nellie speaks English and Spanish; Nellie resides in the Crestline area. Joe Bolanos is a licensed Realtor and mountain resident. He also speaks English and Spanish. Joe proudly served in the USMC and LASD for 32 years. John Chavez recently joined our team. John is a retired firefighter. Aaron Winkes handles the San Fernando Valley to the mountain areas of Fraizer Park. Linda Rosen is our Beach Area and Palos Verdes Peninsula Specialist.
