Las Vegas became my home after moving from Hawaii in 1993, and to this day, I am still proud to call it just that - home. I'm a firm believer that a strong community helps everyone; from the single parent, to the small business owner, to the family, to the CEO, to the investor. I started in real estate in 2004 as an appraisal assistant, then migrating to a Realtor's assistant, and have seen it all -- this is when the boom really started. In 2008, the bubble burst, and I saw the market do a 180 degree flip. That's when I began dealing with short sales primarily. I took a lot of pride in helping good people get out of a bad situation. In 2009, I became a licensed real estate agent. The market in the past few years, has changed again -- but where it should be. The market goes up and down, as it should, but not to the extremes we saw a decade ago. In 2011, I received the SFR designation (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification) and the CFAC designation (Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant). I have closed 80 properties since being licensed in 2010. This, in addition to the multiple teams I've worked with and managed. I have closed over 300 short sales in that same time frame for the various teams I've worked on. I continue to strive to be your "neighborhood" Realtor and make each client feel like they're the only client I have. I represent buyers, sellers, and tenants alike. I've been a full-time Realtor since I got licensed in 2010.
