Once she settled on the Big Island of Hawaii, she began transforming 2 acres of ex-sugarcane land into a permaculture inspired piece of heaven stocked with chickens, ducks and goats. She happily shares her knowledge and plants with her many clients who are inspired by the climate to grow their own food and raise their own livestock.
