What gives me the greatest sense of accomplishment is working with my clients and their families for the long term. I have an established process I use to help my clients understand, organize, build, protect and transfer their wealth. We walk alongside our clients when unanticipated life events occur; death of a family member, divorce or a significant job change.I became interested in a career in the financial field after attending a dinner party with some close friends. They didn't know what a ROTH IRA or SEP IRA was and how it could benefit them in retirement. My understanding of finance was strengthened after joining Edward Jones and continuing to educate and serve clients toward a financially secure retirement. I am passionate about what I do and it's very rewarding when our clients reach their goals.I work with clients of all ages to help them have a greater understanding of the stock market and investing principles, and to be informed and in control of the investments they own. I have been serving clients with Edward Jones since 1999 and maintain the same enthusiasm of service.When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time golfing, hiking and traveling with my wife, Sylvia. She is a retired chief of police and is still active in executive development. We also enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends and playing card games.At San Jose State University, I was a student athlete and went on to play golf professionally for a few years. I now play golf for fun and enjoy playing with my clients and friends. I have a son who is a college student athlete in Maryland.The clients that we enjoy working with take our advice; they schedule time for reviews.
