The legal system is inherently biased toward employers. Employees do have statutory rights in Oregon and Washington and are protected from various employment behaviors. I love to help people navigate these issues. Navigating a potential resolution may be to help someone assert their rights for reasonable accommodations, to file a lawsuit, or to negotiate a severance with an employer.
