My name is Lily Fong. I like to share my experience as a first-time homebuyer many years ago in my third year of college. The realtor showed me about half a dozen condos with two appointments and pressured me to sign the contract when I hesitated. I signed the agreement only to feel uncomfortable day and night for the next couple of days. I had to cancel the contract and the entire experience of working with that realtor had left a bad taste in my mouth. Therefore I vowed to always care for the needs of my clients above my interest. Again I don't expect you to purchase a home after seeing half a dozen houses. You may need to see 50-plus homes before feeling comfortable to make an offer. I have been selling real estate full-time since 2009. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Finance, and before working in real estate, I worked for a church full-time as a campus minister. It is my joy to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. You can count on me to always do what's in your best interest.
