2016 marks my 40th continuous year as a Realtor with the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee (formerly Manatee Association of Realtors), where I have been fortunate enough to serve my fellow Realtors on numerous committees and as the Association President in 2012. I have been blessed to have had a great career beginning as a salesperson in 1976 and working into branch management for a major real estate franchise. My career also allowed me to become the developer of FoxBrook Communities in Manatee County; from the plotting of a 1000 acre parcel of land to hiring subcontractors and finally selling off finished home sites in the 1990's and 2000's.
