Leslie M Vazquez has lived in Miami for over 40 years. She was born in Cuba and made Miami her permanent home at the age of 10. She considers herself a passionate Miamian with an appreciation for our unique culture, diversity and vibrant community. Leslie received a BS in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University and began her teaching career in 1993. A few years later she decided to transition into banking where she remained for the next 25 years in different roles that included wealth management, retail, executive, and operational capacities. During her banking career, she obtained an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and later acquired her real estate license. Leslie has always possessed the spirit of an entrepreneur; in 2019 following one of her passions, she started her own professional organizing company, which she stills owns and operates along with her staff. In 2022, with the support of her family, she decided to turn her love for real estate into her full-time career, and she considers this to be one of the finest choices she has ever made. When Leslie isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family in the Florida Keys or traveling to new destinations learning about other cultures. Her years in the education and banking industries have helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate. Leslie believes that educating clients with knowledge, patience and a genuine interest for their well-being and that of their families is crucial for the client-agent relationship. She believes that the real estate business is not only about helping clients with the most important investment in their lives, but it is also about building relationships that will last a lifetime. Leslie prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a determined attitude. Her goal is to make the client feel comfortable, informed and at ease with the process of buying, selling or leasing a home.
