Mr. Carlos attended Law School at Boalt Hall at the University of California Berkeley in 1993 with a juris doctor JD degree. He was a clerk at the Asian Law Caucus handling various immigration matters during law school. Mr. Carlos is licensed to practice law in the States of Arizona and Hawaii.
