Lee Janiczek, Esquire- Administrative Partner in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois is a member of the General Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Asbestos Litigation, and Medical Malpractice Practices. Lee is also apart of the National Trial Team.Lee started his career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. While with the Office, he had various responsibilities including service as a member of the Trial Team Division. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois and following four years of public service, he worked for a civil litigation defense firm prior to starting an insurance defense litigation firm in Philadelphia where he was one of the original named Partners for eighteen (18) years.Lee has successfully tried over fifty (50) jury trials to verdict and has tried a significant number of non-jury trials and binding Arbitrations. He has also successfully handled a variety of criminal and civil related Appeals in both the State and Federal Courts. In 2001, Lee was appointed by the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas to serve as liaison counsel in connection with asbestos litigation and served in that capacity for seventeen (17) years.Lee represents corporations, insurance companies and individuals in various matters including toxic/mass tort, products liability, medical and professional malpractice, nursing home litigation, fraud/SIU, premises, motor vehicle, and contract related litigation. Since 1995, he has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Lee has been a member of and has served on the Board of Directors for both charitable and non-profit organizations.
