I've built a fulfilling career in the mortgage industry and I really love my job! With today's challenges and ever-changing financial markets, it's more exciting than ever. I became a Loan Consultant in 1984 and have helped hundreds of borrowers purchase their first home, move up to a larger home, downsize to a smaller home, or refinance their mortgages. I strongly believe in educating my buyers and making sure they're in the best mortgage possible. My extensive knowledge in ALL aspects of the market is very helpful when I'm reviewing income statements and credit scores with my borrowers. I'm always non-judgmental and positive, because some people are embarrassed about their financial history and think they won't be able to qualify. My favorite part of my job is to sit down with my clients and help them find solutions. We work together and make it happen! I'm a California native living in Martinez. I'm very active within my community and focus a lot of my time on my children. My son Thadeus is an MD at UC Davis Medical Center, and my daughter Jessica is a hair stylist and mother of my two favorite humans, Hudson and Harper, the lights of my life.
