Before moving from New York City to Denver in 2020 and transitioning into real estate brokerage, I lived in New York City and had a distinguished career helping manage Morgan Stanley's $65 billion+ alternative assets business, primarily focused on real estate. As a financial engineer and quantitative specialist, I led analysis and forecasting of numerous investment funds and played a key role in securing multi-million-dollar institutional investor commitments. This experience allows me to provide advanced financial analysis as a real estate broker, offering my clients knowledge of real estate investing, personal finance, cash flow management, and asset optimization strategies. On a personal note, I am a PADI-certified scuba diver, a certified dog trainer, and a former contestant on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? I'm a basketball fan and Denver Nuggets season ticket holder, a guitarist and singer, golfer, skier and former recording studio engineer.
