I joined Century 21 on October 1st of 2012 as the Administrative Assistant. I fell in LOVE with Real Estate and in June of 2015 became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Falling in LOVE with a job makes coming to work daily an easy task. In September of 2016, I was promoted to Office Manager and stepped down in 2021. I was not only managing the office, but also working real estate full time. I am now a full time real estate agent, and able to focus on just my clients. I have a special niche for LISTING homes for Sale and CLOSING them quickly. The advantage of learning Real Estate from the basics is that I was able to learn from other experienced agents, which in turn developed a clear understanding of what it takes to be a productive Realtor. To maintain my knowledge of the current market I perform and submit Broker Price Opinions independently on a regular basis. These Opinions allow me to stay up to date on the current market conditions and have developed my niche for Listing homes with a lower median range of Days on the Market. As a Realtor, I expect myself to meet Real Estate needs of my clients and assist them in obtaining the goals that they have set for themselves. I am located in close proximity to the Navy Federal campus and very familiar with the expanding markets. I am here to serve and thankful for the opportunity to serve others.
