Many of my resources are my clients, as I work mainly by referral. I can provide painters, electricians, moving companies, Estate & Garage sale resources and plenty of vendors and affiliates that can assist you, by making your move as seamless as possible. Everyone needed to get the job completed and escrow closed, use me as a resource to contact you or someone you know that needs to buy or sell their home.. In my time in the industry I have assisted in closing over 2500 escrows with my previous company. The qualities I bring to the table is experience in every market, I have assisted in closing many types of transactions over the years, including REO's or Real Estate Owned properties and Reverse Foreclosures (Hecm properties). I have also completed many Short Sales, 1031 Exchanges, VA's FHA's Reverse mortgages, Trust Sales and Probate, as well as standard.
