Lauren Tobin is an Associate Attorney with Woods Lonergan PLLC. Lauren obtained her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020 and her B.A. in Psychology from Marist College in 2017, graduating magna cum laude. At Woods Lonergan, Lauren handles a variety of matters including, but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigation and corporate governance. Lauren plays an active role in the firm’s representation of condominium and cooperative communities across New York City.Lauren has been a member of the Woods Lonergan team since January 2020. Prior to her admission to the New York State Bar, Lauren served Woods Lonergan PLLC as a law clerk. During law school, Lauren focused her studies on real estate transactions and litigation. She was also a member of the Real Property Law Society and Women’s Law Society and volunteered as a student advocate with LawHelpNY.
