I also work with investors and love helping my clients find that hidden gem. Born and raised in Alexandria, VA, I am a local expert with deep roots and strong market knowledge. A Licensed Real Estate Agent since early 2014, I am one of NOVA Real Producers' 2021 Top 500 Agents in Northern Virginia (who do 85% of all business), Homesnap's Top 5% Agents Nationwide Award Winner (2021), and a member of the NVAR Multi-Million-Dollar and Top Producers Clubs. My success is no accident, as my parents were involved in starting a real estate company when I was a child. My mother, Lillian, is also an agent who works with me, and got into custom homebuilding after buying an historic townhouse in Old Town that we all pitched in on renovating. At age 19, I was a homeowner myself and have since tackled a multitude of home improvement projects, having learned a great deal from my family. I love exploring the homes my clients want to see or list, and giving tips on how to make them shine. My background in building, construction and real estate marketing give me a distinct advantage plus a keen eye for cost and quality. I home schooled my four children in the past, worked as an education consultant, and have strong ties to my community. Currently residing in the Braddock Heights neighborhood of Alexandria with a menagerie of pets, I have called Northern VA home since the early 1980s. I donate to top-rated New Story Charity with each transaction, volunteer at the Carpenter's Shelter for Homeless Families, and served as Treasurer and board member at my kids' school.
