Laura Baxter‘s extensive knowledge and experience in Douglas county provides her a unique view of the real estate market and market trends that she is able to share with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires.     A long time resident of Castle Rock, Laura sells residential properties in Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, and the surrounding areas.      Specializing in relocation, first time homebuyers, and distressed properties, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients.      Laura enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff and team at Exit Realty DTC.      Laura uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.      Despite Laura’s extensive experience, she believes that education is paramount and in order to stay on the cutting edge of her industry, she attends as much training as she can.       Laura is a member in good standing of the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS, Colorado Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS in addition to the Denver Multiple Listing Service (MLS).      Laura feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations.  She believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well.  Laura has served her community by taking her therapy dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, to Senior Living Facilities and Children’s hospitals.  She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $3 Million to the charity and built more than 20 Habitat Homes.       Laura understands the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling and relocation process and she strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients as much as possible.           In Laura’s off time, she enjoys wine tasting, photography, scrapbooking, and hiking.      Laura prides herself on accountability, attention to detail, and personal service allowing her to build lifelong relationships with her clients.  For Laura it’s not about helping you purchase one home, it’s about helping you purchase a lifetime of homes.
